We accept Visa and MasterCard directly through our site, and we accept Discover, American Express, and eChecks through PayPal. We have securely used PayPal for over 5 years and hope you will feel as confident as we do with their services. IF NOT: we accept Visa and MasterCard via website and telephone orders. Return Policy:

In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To do so, please email info@e-earth-exchange.com IMMEDIATELY with the reason for the return. Once approved, you will then be provided with an RA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. You will be credited upon inspection, less a restocking fee and shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. We are sure you will be satisfied with ALL of our products and will be glad to work with you individually if a problem arises.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed it CANNOT be canceled. It can be returned, please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Address Verification:

When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping courier to charge us a $7 address correction fee on each box shipped to an incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction we will charge the amount of the address correction plus a $3 administration fee.

International Orders:

We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination! The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation PRIOR to shipping. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you. By US Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
